where houses have no price

Village Homes is a residential area in Davis, California. The climate is very similar to the Costa del Sol: hot summers, mild winters and relatively little rainfall (500 mm in Davis vs. 600 mm here).

The reason why the houses have no price is because nobody sells.

Village Homes was built from 1975 until 1985 and is characterised by…, well have a look at the 10 min. video and it will be clear.

Water catchment, little asphalt and small plot sizes save in construction. Trees, ponds and passive solar houses make the climate cooler in summer and more comfortable in winter.

What really puzzles me is why this kind of urbanisation has not been developed in the south of Spain.

The knowledge is over 40 years old, where is the developer who really cares about his (grand)children?
