Get away on your own

At a certain point in (a woman's) life there is a sincere need to spend time on our own. No schedules, no plans, nobody to worry about or take care of. Taking the opportunity to finally read that book, write that poem, draw that sketch. Or just sit, meditate and let thoughts and emotions travel through our body. Taking stock of where we are, what we have learned, what we want to stop doing and make more time for. Enjoy some soft and stretching yoga on beautiful music. Eat when you're hungry, sleep when you're tired.

Noelia spend 6 days at Back to La Tierra in our Sand studio. She enjoyed privacy and solitude and we had warming and inspiring conversations when we happened to meet in the garden. Everyone should do this at least once in their life! she said half way through her stay with her eyes shining.

Her beautiful words reminded me of the importance to take time away to remind ourselves of what's important. To stop with just mechanically going from day to day and mindlessly following our own patterns. Some may think this is a self centred choice but that is not the case. We all want relaxed/fulfilled partners, parents and friends.

We love the idea that there is a little Back to La Tierra spreading in the urban jungle of Madrid as you are reading this...

Is it time for you too? Request our "Get away on your own" deal and book today.

You will thank yourself. (Read Noelia's words here).
